A Story of Wool, Dogs, and Tasmania
Born from designer Lalita Lowe’s passion for pure wool and a career creating artisan knitwear for women, Gigi & Bloom is a natural extension of her work.
Wanting the same softness and natural warmth for her beloved dogs, Gigi and Bloom, Lalita created this small batch collection of canine knits.
Each piece is handknit in northern Tasmania by Marilyn, using ethical superfine merino from Nan Bray’s regenerative White Gum Wool farm.
This is Soft Provenance for small dogs, a new expression of luxury grounded in purity, sustainability, and care.

Each Gigi & Bloom knit is designed for comfort and movement. Our sizing guide includes measurements and common breed examples to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for as the knits do have some stretch.

We use only superfine Merino ethical and sustainable wool, from White Gum Wool in Tasmania. This wool is grown with care for the sheep, the land, and the ecosystem. It is naturally breathable, temperature regulating, and completely free from synthetics.

We recommend a gentle hand wash in cool water, using a mild wool detergent. Lay flat to dry in the shade. With proper care, your knit will last for many seasons.
